We believe dogs should be treated like family and do our very best to make sure their stay with us is comfortable, safe and happy. Whether it is just for the day or a two week stay we promise to provide your dog with the best care possible. We provide a clean and safe environment for socialization and play. We are experienced with accommodating special needs, such as shyness, elderly dogs, or gradual socialization for younger dogs. In 1996, we started our journey as Waggin' Tails, making it one of the first daycares in the Denver area. The previous owners purchased Waggin' Tails in 2003 and operated under that name until 2007. At the beginning of 2007 we changed the name to our current name - Rover Retreat. In 2019 Rover Retreat was purchased by the new owners, the Welsch family. We're committed to preserving the heart and charm that made Rover Retreat special from the beginning. With us, your dogs aren't just boarding - they're part of the family. It's truly a home away from home.

What to Expect from Rover Retreat
You can expect a customer focused experience. We want you to feel completely at ease when you leave your dogs with us. While we are a business, we do not want to have guests that do not enjoy the day care experience. You can count on us to give you honest feedback about your pet.
